Maybe if you are a tall girl, then that is proportionate. Most women are between 5.3-5.8 and I'd say around a size 3 to an 8 is usually healthy. American's are on a steady march towards obesity being the standard. I am not saying that size 0 is the ideal size, but a lot of people need to put their cheese burgers down and go for a jog. We are so unhealthy as a nation. I think we should encourage healthy exorcise and eating habits, not that bigger is better. A size 14 should not be the standard size.
